Included hours roll over for 1 month, up to a maximum of 50% of your tier's total.

On the Technology Partner tier, yes — 24/7 on-call and a short critical SLA for P1 incidents. Lower tiers operate during business hours.

It's the natural continuation of a BuildPro project, but we also take on existing systems after an initial technical review.
